Tracy and her aunt, Lee, had a booth for their Pilates exercise classes at the Atlantic Health Expo, so I spent the day there making friends and attending seminars. A couple special ladies were Iysanne Crystaline, a super beautiful Reiki Master, and Marcia Dorfman, who has a business called One on One Coaching. I attended a seminar by Feng Shui expert Cindy Parlee, entitled "Clutter Clear your way to Health, Wealth, and Happiness", Brend Whittle presented "Laughter is the best Medicine", and Laurent Maltois talked about Transcendental Meditation. During the "Laughter" presentation, a guy handed me a slip of paper that requested I quickly leave the room when Brenda, the speaker, mentions that "a guy is here with another man's wife." When the time came, three other men bolted for the door with me.

Tracy asked me to go to the market to pick up pure Cranberry juice, and on the way I thought about contacting my friend Suzette, who lives in Moncton and wants to help produce my motion pictures. At the Market.. there was Suzette. It happens all the time, especially with close friends; I'll think about them, then they contact me or our paths cross.
