The cliffs at Cockrane Lane are like Disneyland. It's so great to get out of the city--to get a different perspective on life. If I could, I'd be in the mountains most of the time. It is close to heaven. The buzz of clear-cutting chain saws and crack of falling trees are annoying, and the scars of deforestation sadden my spirit, but the view is still amazing. Nothing clears the mind better than a thrilling climb. It is my stairway to heaven.
